I have a good buddy that just started a newsletter.
He has a YouTube channel and a few other funnels to get people into his newsletter.
His newsletter is free, but as he was setting it up he saw the option to add a button for people to sign up for the paid subscription. Why not?
He added the button to have the option down the line not expecting anything.
He now has 9 paid subscribers and has made $517 from it...
He's still building, but it goes to show that even when you're "not ready" or "don't have everything built" or "it's not all set up yet"... you can still find success.
