9 Hours in an AI Workshop—Here’s What Actually Matters

Twitter Post

I spent the last 9 hours at an in person AI workshop geared towards executives & business owners and I am more certain now than ever that

1/ If you are currently using Claude through cowork and code, you are far more advanced than the average

2/ The moat of being tech savvy is decreasing while the importance of lived experience and wisdom is increasing

3/ There are more opportunities right now than we can fully comprehend. This is good AND bad. The real challenge isn’t going to be what to build first. It’ll be what to say no to.

4/ in person events for AI are necessary. To truly teach something as new as this, you want your students to be active. Webinars (generally) are too passive. And the connections are surface level. In person events solve that

5/ The best way to get better at ANY of this is through doing it. If you aren’t making the time now to get the reps in, I assure you that your completion is.
