A Call That Launched the Slingshot
In 2024, a guy named @ShannonJean started posting content on Twitter that spoke right to me.
Only with a few hundred followers at the time…
He spoke from personal experience
He wrote with passion
He called it how it was
I was sold. I had to meet this dude.
In July 2024 he was kind enough to hop on a call with me and chat.
That single conversation has turned into a friendship and turned me into a die hard @ShannonJean fan.
Over a year later, I’ve had the pleasure of speaking with Shannon on multiple occasions, joining his mastermind and today, hosting him on the @mhp_guy community call.
Shannon is the 🐐. Bar none.
I’ll leave you with an analogy he made up on the spot last year that has stuck with me ever since:
The grind is that you’re in, is you just pulling back a slingshot.
You're stacking skills, systems, and credibility under “tension” when it doesn’t look like much is happening.
When you’ve loaded enough force and release, momentum LAUNCHES you forward, unlocking opportunities that weren’t reachable before.
