Dads with new borns and little kids, here’s a 40min kick in the pants workout you can do with minimal equipment.

Here’s the scoop—
We have 2 girls and 1 boy. The boy is 4 weeks old so momma and I take night time shifts
She takes the 11:30/midnight shift. I take the 2:30am shift
That means I’m going to bed pretty early and then my wife sleeps in a bit just so we’re not TOTAL zombies
But what does this leave me with?

Once those crazies get up, the mission is to keep them occupied so momma can sleep.
This means I have to be ultra efficient in my workouts. But I still want to get a solid sesh in. It’s a fine balance.
Sundays are my long endurance days. Normally I run or row a half marathon. But with the new little man, that window has shrunk a bit.
I had 40min today.
This is what I did. 👇
5 rounds
20sec max row, rest 40sec
30sec max row, rest 30sec
40sec max row, rest 20sec
50sec max row, rest 10sec
60sec max row, rest 60sec
My score today: 5208 meters
*** If you don’t have a rower, use a jump rope. Just as spicy***
10 min remaining. Try and accumulate 200 pushups and 50 pull ups.
It’s not fancy, but it’s effective. Remember to work on your health just as much as you work on your wealth.
