There's a misconception out there with people pitching "AI business optimization"
These owners don't want to "step out of their business".
They don't want AI voice answering and to sit on a beach somewhere
They genuinely love their business and just want to optimize it.
I recently met with a local contractor who is in his early 50's. He completely validated this thought.
He's still young, excited about his work and wants to be IN it.
Not everyone wants out.
Some just need help dialing in what they are already doing.
Not everyone needs to fire their employees and hire Agents.
Some just want to take less time sending an email and reviewing data.
For businesses at $10M-15M revenue, it would be a no brainer for them to pay $15k / year for you to improve their business even 2%.
And they don't want "experts".
"experts" come with a $50k price tag.
The sweet spot is to be affordable enough that it'd be silly to say no.
