Stopped by our local donut shop (hold the cop jokes👮🏻♂️) and got talking to the owner.
This is what he said about the way he runs his business:
“More people are good. More lines are bad. Future customers want confirmation of their decision to buy, but they don’t want to wait to find out”
This concept is universal.
Build a business with a product people want and then serve them before they go somewhere else.
