Entrepreneurship and Juggling

This video will teach you how to juggle. Literally.

As entrepreneurs, we aren’t only natural jugglers, but we’re also in the business of skill acquisition.

7 reasons why this is relevant:

  1. Balancing Priorities - Just like juggling, entrepreneurship is about getting good with multiple things going on at once. The better you get at managing those different aspects of your business and life, the more you’ll grow.

  2. Skill Stacking - Learning new skills (even non-business-related ones) helps you become adaptable. Each new skill added to your tool belt makes you better at problem-solving and innovating.

  3. Adaptability - when you juggle, you have to learn to quickly adjust to changing dynamics of the balls. The same goes for business and life —being flexible and ready to pivot is SO important.

  4. Focus and Flow - Juggling requires focus, but when you’re in the flow, it feels like nothing will stop you. The same applies to business/life; once you master certain skills, you can get into a similar flow state of productivity.

  5. Growth Mindset - Skill acquisition, like juggling, starts with dropping the ball (a lot). Success comes from persistence, pushing through those “failures” and a mindset of continuous learning.

  6. Confidence Building - Every time you acquire a new skill, you gain confidence in your ability to do hard things. This mindset shift will help you take down much bigger projects as time goes on.

  7. Mastery - The more you practice juggling (or ANY skill), the closer you get to mastery. Entrepreneurs who lean into this process of learning and perfecting their abilities will always be a step ahead.
