The quickest way to determine how much someone loves / hates their job is by telling them “happy Friday” and seeing how they respond…
The happier they are, the less they like their job.
Other factors definitely play into this.
number of kids
is it the holidays
are in laws in town
etc.
But I would say 80/20, this is the best way to tell
