He Built His Own AI David Goggins
I just talked to a guy today who’s building his own personal AI agent David Goggins.
This guy is not a developer or engineer. He doesn’t have any unfair tech advantage. Just a normal dude.
He followed the instructions for openclaw set up
uses a Mac mini
set up a user file specific to his fitness training and motivation
then prompted it to motivate him like Goggins would.
Tech like this isn’t killing industries. But it’s FOR SURE filtering out those who are unwilling to adapt.
Fitness trainers and really ANY professional that provides a service in this way should at the very least understand how to use this.
