I’m sure it’s not just me, but the overwhelm of so many aspirations and goals can be gnarly at times.

The wise thing to do would be to eliminate most of them… but I’m a knuckle dragging cop and need to touch the pan to know it’s hot…

So if you’re like me, here’s what I do that REALLY helps:

Whenever I’m feeling the overwhelm of all the things swirling, I open my notes on my phone and write them all down. ALL OF THEM.

Some of these things are new, some are the same that I wrote down 2 hours prior.

Once completed, I ✅ them off.

It takes me out of my head and into reality. Brain dump therapy.
