Idea to Execution
This is my full process from idea to execution.
What once took HOURS, now takes minutes or even seconds to validate / move forward with something.
What a time to be alive…
1) The second I have an idea it gets written down in my iPhone notes
2) I open ChatGPT and copy the idea over and prompt it that I want to talk this idea out, here all the pros and cons, discuss the market fit, the flaws in my logic and any other relevant points that I’m missing
3) I go back and forth with Chat and address each point that comes up. I’ll usually say “ok I’m going to respond point by point here to what you said” then I’ll proceed to respond and type it out… or use voice to text
4) after I have a big picture idea, I start drilling in on the MVP. “What would it look like to start this today with BLANK variables. Given what you know about me, what I’m experienced in and where my flaws are, how can I execute on this or SHOULD I?”
5) more conversations happen
6) An MVP is designed
7) now I get to decide if it’s worth it. If it is I give it a shot. If not, I move on.
