I'm a Cop
I don’t share about this side of my grind often. But behind all the business building, newsletter writing, vibecoding ventures, I’m a cop in CA.
I say it in my bio but it’s definitely not what I lead with… at least until I get a feel for the room.
For some, thats all they’ve ever wanted to be. They grew up wanting to be a cop.
For me, it’s a vehicle.
My passions revolve around entrepreneurship, what project or business I’m building next, and most importantly— my family.
But having a career like this has afforded me the ability to create on my own time.
It’s allowed me to fail miserably without worry of losing our house
It’s kept food on the table and a good life.
There’s so much out there about burning the boats, taking the leap, jumping into the deep end and chasing your passions…
And that’s cool… if you’re single and in your early 20s, but even then, I’d still say you should find a JOB, and build on the side.
That way you can build on your own time, at your own pace and not fear failure. Take all the shots you can afford knowing that you’re going to be ok.
Having a stable job can be your unfair advantage. Don’t underestimate the power of a regular paycheck while you build your empire.
