Why I’m Doing This:
I’m a 9-to-5 cop, a dad of 3, and an entrepreneur juggling side hustles. Literally so much going on🤦🏻♂️
This isn’t about ‘how I made it.’ Because we’re not there yet.
It’s about showing the REAL process of building businesses, a personal brand, and financial freedom—before I’ve arrived.
Because who doesn’t like a good underdog story right?
The Vision
The goal is simple:
Transition to full-time entrepreneurship.
Build an empire of businesses.
Create a platform so strong it scales when I do.
I’m sharing the journey because I want to show that if a “normal guy” like me can do it, so can you. Seriously!
The Grind
Here’s everything I’m balancing:
- Full-time police job 🚔

- Self-storage investments 🏢
- Buying a lawn care business 🌱
- Writing a newsletter & podcasting 🎙️
- Growing a YouTube channel 🎥
- Lets throw a book in there as well 📖
It’s madness at times, but I wouldn’t trade it for the world.
The Hook:
But here’s what NO ONE talks about in real time. It’s always after the fact.
And it’s the hardest part…
Finding your hook.
What’s the ONE thing I can monopolize first before expanding? Like @jayclouse talks about with a “premise”.
Or like @garyveehad with wine and @AlexHormozihad in fitness.
Right now, I’m narrowing it down by sharing:

Lessons I’ve Learned:
Authenticity wins: Be yourself. People connect with REAL, not perfect.
Focus matters: Start niche, then expand later. (Still working on this one)
Document EVERYTHING: Wins, failures, and lessons—they’re all valuable. @ShannonJean is a Loom master, follow his lead.
