Know Your KPIs
I don’t talk about this too much… between the home services businesses and the vibecoding, this definitely runs in the background … and honestly isn’t that exciting… BUT I have a self storage facility in Kansas.
It’s not sexy, and I’m for sure not as successful as dudes like @Storage_Venture, but it’s taught me a ton over the last handful of years.
What I’m amazed with is how little things can make such a huge impact.
For example— @johnreinesch and I were on a call break g down the metrics the other day and we just had two record live in months in a row.
But there hasn’t been anything CRAZY that we’ve done. It’s a matter of details.

This isn’t rocket science.
It’s also not going to make me rich… at least not with this facility. The lessons are priceless though. And they transfer into SO many other aspects of business.
