I haven’t EVER been a wearable guy, but I really like data and want to get better I’m as many ways as I can.
The Fitbit air:
more than anything, I wanted this to track even closer my TDEE (total daily energy expenditure), my activity level, my sleep and other biometrics.
I take that data along with my food log and any labs I get and run it through a dashboard I built in Claude to give me a MUCH tighter view of how things are all working together.
Memoket:
there are too many conversations that I’ve had that I wished I was recording them. Now I have that option (with permission of course).
this is for the content side of things, the memory side, the second brain, the context of KEVIN and the gaps that I might miss in between scheduled calls.
I’ll continue to document and report back on how I like each of these and what I’m learning.
