Not all entrepreneurs I talk to are making bank
Not all entrepreneurs I talk to are making bank.
Some are "just doing things"
They are in the grind. In the trenches as they say.
Here's a story of someone I talked to that is still "figuring it out"
She's a mom and a wife and wanted a side hustle she could do from home for the most part.
She learned that being a notary was something she could work around her schedule easily.
But in some states you can only charge a certain amount as a notary and that didnt work out.
But she befriended a loan signing agent and realized that she COULD make some money doing that.
Here are the requirements: Become a notary, 18yo, not a felon, submit an application.
Then you need to take and pass a course on being a loan signing agent
$200 Investment all in
So how do you find work?
- There are tons of signing services that you can register for that send you notifications when jobs pop up. Uber for loan signing agents basically
Numbers: She does 3 per week with a rate of $120 per sign
This is side money for her, but she knows agents that do 5-10k/ mo +
Is it sexy? No.
Does it work? Yes
Can MOST people do this? Absolutely.
