How to Find Your Side Hustle When You Have No Time and No Idea

Two guys, two totally different jobs, same exact problem. One is a firefighter who moved off the line into a Monday-through-Friday office job and says he doesn't have the time. The other is a driving instructor with three directions pulling at him and no idea which one to pick. I got on calls with both of them this week, and I told them the same thing.

"I don't have time" is almost always a "what" problem. When you find the thing you're actually fired up about, you find the time every single time. And that job you hate? It's paying you while you iterate. That's a cheat code most people starting from zero don't have. Don't burn the boats yet.
