I went out to Frisco, Texas to meet Angela Henson, a 20-year-old who turned her parents’ front porch into Little Bit Bakery, a home bakery doing around $2,000 in sales every Saturday morning. Angela showed me exactly how she runs the business, from baking sourdough, cinnamon rolls, cookies and bagels to managing preorders and selling out to lines of customers in about an hour.
