Productivity gurus are cringing right now, but this is how I stay on top of everything.
I have several businesses I’m working with and on, projects that I’m trying to turn into businesses, 3 kids and a full time job…
It could potentially be chaos, but it’s all fairly manageable by doing one thing.

Step 1:
What are you working on/ what do you need to be working on?
WRITE IT DOWN
Step 2:
When you think of an idea you want to add to a project or a thought that pops in your brain that’s useful…
WRITE IT DOWN
Step 3:
As you complete the things you’ve written down, check them off with this ✅
Step 4:
Repeat these steps when you wake up AND right before you go to bed.
Start the day with a visual of what you have going on and end the day with a visual.
I know that sounds too simple. Because it is. But it works. Get thoughts out of your head and put them in a “physical” form where you can see them and COMPLETE them.
