Tell Me Your Big Vision
One of my favorite questions to ask another entrepreneur is “tell me your BIG vision for [insert whatever business they have]”
It’s so important to have big visions and to dream.
It’s also important to feel like your vision matters. It’s not necessary, but it feels good and it’s important.
Big visions often get a bad rap because they can be a little “pie in the sky” or “idealistic”… but the world was built on the back of dreamers and visionaries.
In order to do big things, you have to have big visions.
And sometimes, the confidence to fuel that big vision comes from one person, one random day, asking you to tell them about yours.
