The absolute HARDEST part of the home service business is dealing with subcontractors.
Guys say they want to work, but they really don’t.
We’re not asking for much.
We are literally
paying for ads
building the websites
setting up Google profiles
driving organic and paid traffic
handling billing, follow up, etc
All we ask for is a good rate and for them to actually go and do the work.
This was a message from a sub that hasn’t gotten back to us in a couple weeks on scheduled jobs. 😑
Feels like this might actually be a good thing to part ways with this sub…
