I am just BARELY scratching the surface on AI use and while there are tasks beyond my wildest dreams that I have yet to discover, one thing I do OFTEN that’s easy to overlook is to CHAT WITH IT.
It sounds too simple, but I will seriously copy and past conversations I have, emails I send, thoughts I’m processing, all into specific chats just to log the memory of it.
THEN I’ll come back when I have time and talk through it.

- struggles
- life questions
- deep thoughts
- WHATEVER.
