The Transition Is Happening Now
There’s a transition happening right now and you’ll miss it if you’re not paying attention…
I’m operating at this weird and amazing intersection of blue collar BORING business and NEW/ developing tech like AU and I see it going down.

One minute I’m talking to my tree trimming sub about the leads we’ve sent him and making sure we’re landing those jobs
And the next minute I’m head deep in an app idea that kept me up at night and I’m trying to build.
It’s a WILD time to be alive.
In my personal opinion, the wealth is going to be made by the people in this “overlap”
The overlap is happening RIGHT NOW.
The overlap is where the Venn diagram meets in the middle.
This is where the dabblers lay.
The ones that have or currently run operations in old school trade jobs but who ALSO are in the know of tech, AI, automations.
This is generally going to be millennials, but a handful of gen X and some gen Z will sneak in.
Think of it like the Venn diagram.
It’s overlapping and we’re right in the middle of this transition.
But as time goes on, the separation will increase.
This is where you might disagree. But here me out.
The gap will be larger between the old guard and the new guard.
Old school owners are going to keep doing there thing and fall further and further behind
While those riding the wave will fully adopt the new ways.
Until one day the circles won’t overlap. But it will all fall under one BIG circle.
This is the AI circle.
It feels weird to even call it that, but it’s simply going to be a new paradigm.
Old school will not only NOT understand the new tech, but they will inadvertently be totally in the bubble. It will be happening around them and they won’t know what to do.
That sounds extreme, but I’m seeing that right now in these businesses.
Exactly HOW to leverage all of this… I don’t know. But this is the wave. And knowing both sides of this coin— blue collar and AI is the skill set of the future.
