This Is How You Make Big Things Happen
This might sound obvious, but hear me out: You have to do things… in order to do things.
I said it like that on purpose—because it’s so in-your-face obvious that we tend to forget it.
We chase success, but we forget the prerequisite: Iteration. Failure. Experimentation. Taking swings that might not work.
You don’t win without action. Period.
Sure, sometimes people hit it big on their first try. First business takes off. First race, they win. First swing, they blast it out of the park. It happens—but that’s the exception, not the norm.
And even if you do get lucky early, the challenge shifts. It’s no longer about how you start—it’s about how you sustain.
Either way, the rule stays the same: You have to do things in order to do things.
If you’re in the trenches right now—testing, building, falling on your face and getting back up—this is the process. This is the purpose.
That version of you you’re chasing? The successful one? The one who has autonomy, peace, and momentum? They don’t show up later. They’re built RIGHT here, in the grind.
It’s frustrating. I know.
We all want to be there already.
But you don’t get to skip the part where it’s hard.
So here’s your reminder:
You’re not behind.
You’re not lost.
You’re doing exactly what you need to do.
Stay in it. You’re in the right place. Keep going.
