What makes it so great is the back story and the stand up guy that @bradsmithcoachis.
Brad is successful and has done/ is doing some amazing things. It'd be easy for him to disregard the comment and keep plugging away.
But he didn't do that. He took the comment to heart and posted this.
Not everyone has a growth mindset, but Brad does and THAT is why he is so successful and will continue to be. If you don't follow @bradsmithcoach, you should.
