You have to encourage your kids to DREAM BIG!
Let them know that the sky is the limit for them.
We need more visionaries and big dreamers in this world.
My oldest is 6 and she’s just like me— too many ideas and not enough time.
She comes to me often and tells me about all the things she wants to do, so I tell her to write them down.
THEN once they’re written down, let’s figure out what to do about them.
First the idea, then the action.
Before your kids can build their own dreams, they need to buy in on yours. Sell them the dream. Show them what’s possible.
Fail if you have to, but then get back up and show them persistence.
