- LAWN CARE BIZ šæ
I took an existing lawn care business that a business partner owns and operates and added a āsubcontractor armā to it. Tons of work was being referred and money left in the table. NOW weāre running Google and meta ads for all the other services (irrigation, fertilizer, tree trimming, etc.) We acquire the job and sub all those out to the subcontractors we have.
Under $1k profit so far, just a couple small jobs, but weāre about to enter irrigation season and get that going.

AI has blown me away and Iāve found myself down a deep rabbit hole of coding using AI now. It has unlocked possibilities that I once thought were out of reach. Iām needing out about and started a small DM group here on X to keep in touch with others jamming on this as well.
The original concept was to make it interactive with āmissionsā and clues for the next build sent via newsletter. Think āescape room meets 80s hackerā. But that concept never really caught on. Instead weāre just a bunch of dudes that vibe.

I canāt even tell you how many book ideas I have. And all of them are best sellers of course. Each year I tell myself NEXT year. This year I finally said THIS year. The books started, itās rough, but I live the process. Not sure if Iām going to self publish or go traditional. Both have their pros and cons.

Way too many ideas and way too little time. But I do have one Iām excited about right now. Generally I get about 30min a few days a week to build in the quiet hours of the morning, so thatās when the magic happens. The one Iām working on now Iāll tease with a screenshot. The goal is to start putting out videos on the process with it. Iāll drop those when theyāre ready š
