To My Dream Builders

Twitter Post

For everyone else building their dreams, take solace in the fact that the more reps you get the closer to reality your dream becomes…

While the timeline for the ā€œnext level of success is unclearā€ here’s a breakdown of what my most RECENT builds look like. (there’s too many to include them all)

My hope is that the cool things I’m learning can help you do even cooler things…

🧵

  1. LAWN CARE BIZ 🌿

I took an existing lawn care business that a business partner owns and operates and added a ā€œsubcontractor armā€ to it. Tons of work was being referred and money left in the table. NOW we’re running Google and meta ads for all the other services (irrigation, fertilizer, tree trimming, etc.) We acquire the job and sub all those out to the subcontractors we have.

Under $1k profit so far, just a couple small jobs, but we’re about to enter irrigation season and get that going.

*** We are also looking to acquire another existing one and expand that way.

  1. VIBECODE DM GROUP šŸ‘ØšŸ»ā€šŸ’»

AI has blown me away and I’ve found myself down a deep rabbit hole of coding using AI now. It has unlocked possibilities that I once thought were out of reach. I’m needing out about and started a small DM group here on X to keep in touch with others jamming on this as well.

The original concept was to make it interactive with ā€œmissionsā€ and clues for the next build sent via newsletter. Think ā€œescape room meets 80s hackerā€. But that concept never really caught on. Instead we’re just a bunch of dudes that vibe.

***I’ll add you if you’re interested.

  1. BOOK šŸ“š

I can’t even tell you how many book ideas I have. And all of them are best sellers of course. Each year I tell myself NEXT year. This year I finally said THIS year. The books started, it’s rough, but I live the process. Not sure if I’m going to self publish or go traditional. Both have their pros and cons.

If I were in an elevator with you, this would be how I’d describe it:

It’s a punch-in-the-face manifesto for anyone stuck overthinking, showing you how to build momentum, make money, and create your version of success—without waiting for permission.

  1. BUILDING APPS āš™ļø

Way too many ideas and way too little time. But I do have one I’m excited about right now. Generally I get about 30min a few days a week to build in the quiet hours of the morning, so that’s when the magic happens. The one I’m working on now I’ll tease with a screenshot. The goal is to start putting out videos on the process with it. I’ll drop those when they’re ready šŸ˜‰
