It never ceases to amaze me all the different ways people become millionaires…
Here’s the story I just heard—
A friend of a friend had been laid off and trying to figure what was next.
My friend is in real estate and had just paid a notary $400 for a transaction. He suggested that his buddy try that.
It’s mobile, easy and quick cash.
The guy went and got his cert (or whatever credentials you need) and started as a mobile notary.
He was hustling and soon enough he had too much work to handle. First year he was already at 6 figures.
Then the light bulb went off for him. He’d higher on more mobile notaries, send them the jobs and take a cut off the top.
This started rolling well, but there was more to be made—
He realized there were other services to be done
pictures for out of state buyers
for sale sign installation
lock boxes
The list goes on.
He found the niche and then dove deep.
This guy is a beast. From the take I was told, he’s making 50k DAYS… 🤯
Are those numbers accurate? I don’t know, but that’s not the point.
The point is that there truly is opportunity in everything.
