The Sherpa: You’ve done some things and can now share and guide others through them. You don’t know it all, but what you DO know, you are able to lead people through
The Sage: Oh probably have some grey hairs to come with this title. It’s been a battle, but you’re more on the other side than not. You are a wealth of not just knowledge, but wisdom. Now you’re giving back.
