Would Alex Hormozi Save This Gym?
I have a buddy that has owned a gym for the last several years.
The gym is barely making it and he’s thinking about closing the doors.
He said he’s used multiple agencies and tried tons of different strategies to increase revenue, but nothing is working.
Feeling like I might need to go @AlexHormozi on him. But I’d love to hear thoughts from the crowd that I can suggest 🤔
