If you’re a busy entrepreneurial parent AND you still want to workout and be healthy, this post is for you. 💪🏻

Tomorrow our third child is due and I couldn’t be more excited!

As a parent of two young and crazy little girls already, the busy level IS and WILL BE off the charts. Not to mention a full time W2 and my entrepreneurial pursuits.

I love every minute of it, wouldn’t trade any of it for the world, but the reality is that it’s BUSY.

Health and fitness is ALSO a priority, but my windows of workout times have seemed to shrink over the last 6 years 🤔

But, SOME movement is better than NO movement.

So here’s what a 1 hour workout can look like from start to finish.

You can substitute in any movements you want. The goal for this is full body. Get it in and get it done.

We’re all busy and trying to grow our families and business’s, don’t forget to take care of your health and fitness along the way.

Before my storage facilities, business pursuits, and law enforcement, I went to school for this stuff, ran multiple gyms and worked as a strength and conditioning coach.
